We ship via trusted courier partners where delivery is offered. Delivery fees depend on weight, size, and destination and are confirmed at checkout or by our team.
Once your order ships, use your **order ID** on our [Track order](/track-order) page or contact us for updates.
If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within **48 hours** with photos of the packaging and item. We will arrange a replacement or remedy as appropriate.
